1000 acres of landscaped parkland and ancient woodland. There is a huge lake and a number of follies. There is also a farm and gardens on the same site but these are not dog friendly.
Dogs on leads are welcomed in the parkland, but guide dogs only in the farm and gardens.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept under control. To help birds rear their young safely, keep dogs on the walking tracks from the beginning of March to the end of July.

Travel on a steam train through ten miles of rolling countryside between Alton and Alresford. All four stations are in period style and there is a picnic area at Ropley.
Dogs are allowed on the trains with a Rover Ticket which costs 1. They must be kept on a lead and are not allowed on seats or on Santa, RAT or dining trains.

Dogs are welcome on a short lead in the gardens and on the steam railway. Dog waste bins are provided. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but bowls of water are available outside.
